Savia is a restaurant in Barcelona that opened in September 2021.
It is a special project since it was entirely conceived to be as sustainable as possible, respecting the origin of each product and it’s place in nature. We were inspired by agriculture that follows the cycle of the moon, to which we made a few aesthetic allusions, and more importantly recycled materials. Some furniture was sourced second hand while other pieces were designed in collaboration with various local artisans and carpenters with materials such as wood, oyster and mussel shells, natural fibers and recycled papier maché.
